Waited for the barista to make an order he took my order and another's and skipped making mine to make the order he took after me. Poor customer service and clear disrespect.

I had an amazing experience at the Starbucks inside Tom Thumb, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Shy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Her customer service is truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, she made everything feel welcoming, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about people and takes pride in her work. Shy delivered 100% customer satisfaction, and it definitely did not go unnoticed. Employees like her deserve to be recognized because she represents the brand so well. I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you, Shy, for going above and beyond!

The attendant was amazing with us. Machiato was very good and we ate turkey sandwiches.

So this is my go to Starbucks since it’s right next to my neighborhood. Shout out to Amanda and Jocelyn for kicking butt and hustling to make orders for customers. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for their manager, Jessica. Amanda and Jocelyn could not complete their orders because there wasn’t any milk left. Jessica went to grab milk but unfortunately, decided to dilly dally on her phone as she messaging on Facebook rather than ensuring she gets the milk to her team members to compete their orders. Not much of a manager or role model unfortunately.
